Patient's who previously had their embryos or sperm stored at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, may now schedule for shipment of their specimens to Arizona Associates for Reproductive Health ART Laboratories at no charge. The normal handling fee will be waived for patients using an Arizona Associates for Reproductive Health shipping tank. Our previous patients will be provided with one-year free frozen storage following transfer of their specimens to Arizona Associates for Reproductive Health.
